  This place is fantastic. They always have the basic entrees but also have some really good entrees you don't see at other buffets. The food on the buffet is always fresh and the service is great. They are very customer friendly and will do everything in their power to make your dining experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend this place.

  I have ordered from this establishment for over 19 yrs now. Slowly over the years the food has went from amazing to down right grotesque. When new management took over the restaurant it went down hill. It started off with the buffet not being up to par; food being cold, or in other words room temperature, or either the food was just dried out and old and you could tell it’s been there sitting there all day. So we decided it would be best to order and pick up since it’s made by order. I usually get the same thing every time I order; General Taos chicken Extra crispy light sauce. So I picked my food up and took it home. I open the lid for my food and the chicken on top looked rather different so I investigate... appeared there was some kind of different sauce and the chicken looked very light in color. So I took a bite and my chicken wasn’t even cooked, it was almost raw. The battering on the chicken wasn’t even finished cooking, it was literally falling off when I picked it up by hand. I’m beyond over this place, I’ve given them chance after chance and the Manager (the one who runs the front register) always is very short and doesn’t know how to treat customers. She rather argue with you rather than make it right. Dont waste you money!

  This was my first time ordering from here and I placed an order and after nearly an hour and 30 minutes later I called back, just to be told my order was canceled. They said I called back to cancel it! That’s a lie! Never will I bother with this place again! Updating my review again! I gave this place another chance and it went much better thanks to the delivery guy Allen. He was so nice, polite and apologetic. The food was okay.

  Food was par at best and everything I tried was room temp. 8 hours later I can’t get off the toilet from both ends. Avoid this place and save yourself from suffering later.

  What a horrific place to get Chinese food. Had the buffet at 12:45 on a Sunday. Should be hot and fresh, right? Nope. Tried probably 10 different dishes and at best 4 were “warm” and the rest were anywhere from room temperature to actually cold. Crab Rangoon were room temp and stale. Egg roll was old and tough. Pepper chicken was grotesque. I spit it out. It was not even “warm!” I told my waitress who got the “manager” who preceded to (while I was describing in detail how each item was either cold or old/stale), to over and stir a dish, saying the stuff on top won’t be as hot as the bottom, so I should stir... that’s my not job to keep the dish warm! It’s yours! She then just walked away back to the cash register leaving me there. Seriously. After debating if I should get another plate (made one kids plate for my daughter and one for me) I just went to the cash register to check out. Manager was there and she starts telling me to stir that food on top might be cold. Seriously? It was OLD and not hot. Stirring won’t help. Not to mention the “old” food was dumped on top when they did manage to make something fresh. So no way it’s all fresh or same temperature. Didn’t see a health grade either, so that’s a bad sign and illegal if it really wasn’t visible. She then ignored me and didn’t talk to me as I tried to tell her what else was wrong with the meal so I just paid. To top it off, while I was almost out the door she asked the couple after me if their food was cold.... absolutely clueless. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible good and service.
